The project proposed to development a new apartment building and parkade on the southeast corner of the Parcel E property within Prince Albert. The development entails a five story, 943 m2 building that will have 54 individual units and associated under and above ground parking and landscaping.

April 22, 2026 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the Parcel E - Eagle Ridge Residential Building and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
