Two drainage swales on the south and north sides of the site, connecting to the exisiting drainage sitch east of the site. Approximately 30m to 50mm diameter potable water main, connecting to the existing municipal water infrastructure west of the site. Approximately 50m to 200mm diameter wastewater sewer, connecting to the existing municipal wastewater infrastructure west of the site.

Renovations to the existing Jordan's Principle building, located directly north of the site, into a 3-bay storage garage with washroom and office.

May 16, 2024 – The Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the Indigenous Services Canada inviting public comments until June 16, 2024 respecting that determination.
