Two drainage swales on the south and north sides of the site, connecting to the exisiting drainage sitch east of the site. Approximately 30m to 50mm diameter potable water main, connecting to the existing municipal water infrastructure west of the site. Approximately 50m to 200mm diameter wastewater sewer, connecting to the existing municipal wastewater infrastructure west of the site.

Renovations to the existing Jordan's Principle building, located directly north of the site, into a 3-bay storage garage with washroom and office.

June 16, 2024 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
