CSC97 - Ebb and Flow First Nation Water Supply Line Project

The scope of the Project is to install pumps at, and commission, two (2) existing raw water supply wells - Well 8: KGS-01 and Well 9: KGS-03, (Well 8 and Well 9, respectively), and to install a new raw water supply line from Well 9 to Well 8 and then to the existing EFFN water treatment plant. The proposed new raw water supply line will be an approximately 2,700 m long, 150 mm or 200 mm diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE) line, installed 3 m below ground level.

July 9, 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is/are considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
