Hard Surface Replacement

Replace the existing interlocking and damaged concrete on the sidewalks, curbs and walkways. Addition of a ramp that is compliant with AODA requirements. New layout of the MI parking lot to improve barrier-free accessibility and increase the number of parking spaces involving repainting of parking lines and some repaving. Through the preliminary design phase of this project, it was determined that the footprint of the above noted areas exceeded 1,000m2 (Approximately 1240m2 for paved walkways, approximately 1700m2 for interlocking paving, and approximately 3800m2 for barrier free parking areas).


Latest update

March 10, 2023 – The authority issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
