Marina Construction Project

In line with the objective to revitalize Kebaowek First Nation's (KFN) infrastructure, to develop community activities and to welcome tourists on their land, KFN plans to upgrade the Kipawa Bay Marina on the shoreline of the Kipawa reservoir. The waterfront masterplan includes the creation of a boardwalk, the replacement of the current boat launch, the repositioning of the current gas station, the creation of a parking lot and a walkway. All of these infrastructures will be complemented with the addition of green areas that will bring back a part of the site's natural vegetation.
