Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation New Housing

Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation is looking at building a new home on Lot 15-16, concession 8 at 148 Lake Road. The house is 1000 square feet and will be serviced by a septic tank. Hydro and municipal water will be provided to the house. All waste generated fom the project will be disposed of in an approved landfill site.


Latest update

November 21, 2019 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/133123 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
