Potable Water Well Installation; private residence well.

Residence owner wants to install a potable drinking water well.  The residence owner was previously using their neighbour's well but is no longer able to, and now requires their own well as they have no other source of potable water.   Land chosen for the installation is near to the shoreline and is on the land portion of the Proclaimed Public Port (PPP) of Owen Sound, which means that the project site is federal land.
