Air Canada Flight Ops Simulator Extension

This project involves the following:

Constructing a new Flight Simulator building at 2025 Logistics Drive. The new building will be approximately 13,803 square meters, 4 floors with a bridge connection on the 3rd floor to the existing training centre building. The building will accommodate Cabin Crew training, Pilot training, Medical Clinic and a Cafeteria and a new parking area.

Latest update

February 6, 2026  – The Greater Toronto Airports Authority issued its Notice of Determination and the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
