St. George Detachment Parking Lot Resurfacing and Expansion

Resurface existing asphalt surface, area is approximately 2200 m². Project to include repainting of parking lot lines, accessibility spaces and repair curbing where needed. Consultant to review driveway area near employee entrance to ensure it's slopped away from the building. Regrading is also required North of the building. Existing concrete sidewalks are also to be reviewed. The detachment requires additional parking spaces in the employee parking lot, up to ten additional parking spots would be part of this expansion.
