Hampton Detachment Parking Lot Resurfacing and Expansion

Remove and renew the existing asphalt structure in the Northern area of the employee parking, in between the garage bay. This includes any parking lot pavement markings, accessibility spaces and repainting curbs where needed. There is a known drainage issue in the Northern area of the employee parking, in between the garage bays to be addressed. Repairing existing concrete curbs and sidewalks where needed. Furthermore, the detachment needs additional parking spaces for the East side of the property to account for additional vehicles. Up to ten additional parking spots would be required as part of this expansion. Total asphalt structure work area planned for the project is 1,850 square metres.

29.04.2025 – The Royal Canadian Mounted Police issued its Notice of Determination and has determined that the projects is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
