Miminegash DFO-SCH South Breakwater Reconstruction

Miminegash Small Craft Harbour (SCH) requires the replacement of the aging steel sheet piling located along the harbour channel entrance with steel tie-back anchors connecting each side. The steel sheet piling will be driven in behind the existing wall to prevent narrowing of the harbour entrance run. The old steel sheet piling will then be cut and removed. Cavities within the sheet piles will be filled with stone. Armour stone protection will be installed on the south side of the structure protecting it from weather and waves.
