The Proposed Project

The project will include the supply and installation of water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and storm water infrastructure and all related appurtenances for the development of 35 single-family and 10 multi-family residential lots. The project also includes the construction of all roadways, ditching, rear lot swales, cut and fills, line painting, signage, and all other related work. Site preparation activities include excavation and site grading. The total project footprint is approximately 13.4 hectares.

Latest update

November 1, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
