Metepenagiag Mountain Side Road Extension and New Residential Development

A subdivision expansion, consisting of a total of 29 lots (0.57 acres) to be developed in two phases. The total developed land area including streets will be 15.6 acres and the total street area will be 3.2 acres.

Activities include:

  • Installation of water and sanitary sewer system, including wastewater collection system
  • Installation of culverts
  • Street construction
  • Mulching and grubbing of site to prepare for the new development
