Phoco Tours Business Licence Application

Phoca Tours is proposing to offer several boat tours of the Kouchibouguacis river and St. Louis Lagoon on a 30' pontoon boat which seats up to 12 passengers. The "Marine Safari" wildlife tours will be offered daily at low tide and will bring visitors to see the tern and grey seal colonies. The tours will last 2.5 to 3 hours. Starting in 2021, "Lagoon Gourmand" culinary tours will be offered up to 3 times a week that will also include a meal and last between 3.5 and 4 hours. Tailored private tours will also be available. All tours depart and return to an existing dock outside of Kouchibouguac Park in St. Louis de Kent.
