Elsipogtog New Subdivision

Construction of a new, 20 lot subdivision in Elsipogtog First Nation, NB. Each lot will be approximately 1800m2 (30m x 60m). Construction activities include: a new municipal-type service roadway with water supply and sewer connection to residential lots. The work will consist of installation of environmental protection measures (e.g. silt fencing for erosion and sedimentation control); site grading and construction of ditch and drainage swales to control runoff; construction of the municipal roadway to services the subdivision; installation of water and sewer services (e.g. distribution/collection piping, service laterals); and installation of culverts for individual lot driveways.
