Howards Cove SCH Breakwater Reconstruction

Hurricane Fiona seriously damaged the breakwaters located in Howards Cove SCH. Project scope includes the reconstruction and strengthening of the breakwaters (structures 302, 601 and 602). The top of the reconstructed breakwaters are expected to be higher than existing structures (Coastal Study to confirm). A higher breakwater will require a larger footprint. PSPC is to complete an in-house design for the breakwater structures 302, 601 and 602. Project design is to be completed by February 2024.
