Construction of four (4) six-plex Residential Housing Units at Windsor Park, Canadian Forces Base Halifax

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing to construct four (4) six-plex residential housing units (RHUs) in Windsor Park at Canadian Forces Base Halifax. The RHUs will be built at the currently vacant location of former RHUs. The approximate footprint of each new building will be 194.7. The site is proposed to have 15 parking spaces and six sheds per building. The new RHUs will be connected to existing municipal services.

December 17, 2024— The Department of National Defence issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
