Skeetchestn Learning Garden Centre

The Skeetchstn Indian Band (the Proponent) aims to expand an existing garden connected to the Skeetchsten Community School. This will alow increased production and storage capacity through the development of improved infrastructure and services.

Specifically, this expansion will include:

  • construction of a polycarbonate greenhouse;
  • construction of washrooms, processing room and workshops;
  • electrical and plumbing works as required;
  • installation of fencing and animal shelters for small livestock;
  • preparation and installation of a shipping container for cold storage; and
  • related works (sinks, water servicing to processing area, irrigation equipment in the greenhouse).
