Construction of a building on Kamloops Indian Reserve No. 1, City of Kamloops

Jetstream Boats Inc. is requesting financing from BDC for the construction of a pre-engineered building located on lot 12-1 Block 2 4389 CLSR Kamloops Indian Reserve No. 1, 4389 Ricardo Road, City of Kamloops. The site is approximately 3,521 m2 in size, is currently vacant and was previously used for agricultural purposes. Development of the site will include vegetation removal, excavation and construction.

The building will have an office section and a warehouse. Total footprint of the building will be approximately 1,756 m2. It will be used as the principal site of the company, for fabrication/manufacturing of boats as well as office space. 

Latest update

February 26, 2025 – The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
