Parking Lot repave

The objective of this project is to repave the existing crumbling parking lot and redesign landscape to modernize and better utilize space.  The project includes reviewing the existing parking lot to address the existing concerns with current condition of the asphalt pavement and landscaping assessment around the front of the building.  In order to accomplish this, tree removal or replacement may be required in order to beautify the area further.  The Consultant is also to bring forward any progressive environmentally friendly approaches to the parking lot re-pavement and to inspect current drainage system in the parking lot area for possible replacement.
