Town of Banff 24DP09 Banff Trail Riders Barn Renovation

The project is a renovation of an existing barn called the "Guests Entertainment Barn" or "Boons Barn" on the site of the Banff Trail Riders stables at 100 Sundance Road. Activities include renovation of interior areas, exterior doors and the east façade of the building, as well as demolition of an existing kitchen shelter. New deep utilities will also be constructed to connect the building to municipal water and sanitary services.

Latest update

August 9, 2024 – Parks Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Parks Canada is inviting public comments until September 8, 2024 respecting that determination.
