December 7, 2022 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada is reviewing the request and will provide advice to the Minister on whether to conduct a regional assessment under the Impact Assessment Act. The Minister’s response, with reasons, must be provided within 90 days of receiving the request for a regional assessment.
