Construction of ±12,000 square meter commercial development including retail, restaurant and office uses. Development will also include construction of Low-Impact Development (LID) infrastructure to mitigate stormwater runoff.

August 8, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the Taza Developments Eagle Landing Retail Project - Canada.ca (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
