City of Calgary Green Line Maintenance and Storage Facility Project

The City of Calgary is proposing the construction and operation of a rail yard facility located in Calgary, Alberta. As proposed, the City of Calgary Green Line Maintenance and Storage Facility Project would include 28 rail tracks totaling 17.5 kilometres in length and would include facilities for storage, maintenance, repair, and performance testing of Light Rail Vehicles for the City of Calgary's Green Line LRT Project.

March 28, 2019 - The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency issued its environmental assessment determination and decided that an environmental assessment of the designated project is not required.
