Siksika Nation RCMP Detachment Project

Siksika Nation proposes to construct a new Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) detachment on the North-Central portion of the Siksika Nation reserve. The proposed new detachment is planned to be constructed East of the former Crowfoot School site.

Latest update

June 22, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination ( and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
