Town of Banff 36 Unit Apartment, 418-420 Cougar Street

This project is an application for the redevelopment of two lots within the Town of Banff to construct a 36-Unit apartment building, providing a combination of one, two and three-bedroom housing units, and amenities including landscaped public and green space, and associated parking. The project will involve excavation, construction dewatering, soil management and disposal, building construction, and a landscape plan with compliant species. A soil and groundwater monitoring program will be established and maintained as needed through the duration of the project.
