Repair and stabilization work on wharf 49

At wharf  49 the work will replace broken steel ground anchors, redo welds on steel piles, and plug openings in the wharf façade. In addition, a concrete and rock berm will be put in place at the foot of wharf 49 to fill scours that have been caused by the jets of the ship's propellers, which cause the stability of the foot of the is threatened. The project is required as a result of various structural failures that occurred at wharf 49.
