Pakesso Development

The purpose of the Pakesso Development is to create 26 additional lots in the Odanak Community, for a surface area of 31.05 ha. The project is located on an old retired railway right-of-way. The development will involve the extension of sanitary and storm sewer infrastructures as well as the water distribution system of the existing section of Pakesso street until Waban-Aki street. The development will also involve the construction of a road between the existing section of Pakesso street and Waban-Aki street, as well as the extention of the storm sewer under the existing Waban-Aki street until the stormwater outfall located near the Odanak Community Center.
