Raymond Terraces street rehabilitation in Kanesatake

The Raymond terraces in Kanesatake consist of 5 streets: avenues 1 to 4 and rue Charette. The project involves the rehabilitation of these streets, as well as corrective work at the intersection of Akweks and Ahsennenhson. Specifically, the project involves replacing the existing pavement structure, including paving, replacing culverts and cleaning existing ditches. The footprint of the structures affected is 19,000 square metres.

April 04, 2024 – The public comment period on the project Raymond Terraces street rehabilitation in Kanesatake is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
