YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Rehabilitation of a Former Fuel Reception and Distribution Center (Trans-Northern Pipelines Inc.)

Trans-Northern Pipelines Inc. (TNPI) owns a meter station located near chemin Bélanger at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. This station, which was used to deliver aviation fuel, is regulated by the Canada Energy Regulator (CER). As part of decommissioning the metering station, TNPI will complete site remediation and reclamation activities, including the removal and off-site disposal of any contaminated soil and its replacement with agricultural soils. TNPI will also install wells to monitor groundwater quality.

July 10, 2023 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures provided for in the project.
