YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Expansion of an industrial building (Lots 6 031 122 and 6 348 718)

Syscomax is proposing to build an extension to the industrial building located at 12455 rue Service A4 at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The footprint of the expansion is approximately 1,960 m2, it will have a single storey and no basement level. The building will be used for the fabrication of wrought metals and steel structures. There will also be new paved areas. Trees will be planted and a white roof will cover the building to reduce heat islands.

Latest update

November 3, 2021 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal has determined that the project for the expansion of an industrial building at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel is not likely to cause significant adverse effects.

This determination is based on the analysis of the anticipated environmental effects, on the mitigation measures put forward by the proponent and on the feedback to the posting process on the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada website. The elements provided for in Section 84 of the Impact Assessment Act have also been taken into account.

Mitigation measures focus on the components of the physical environment related to air, water and soil quality, fauna and flora, as well as health and safety requirements, and road traffic.

Consequently, ADM Aéroports de Montréal can exercise its powers to allow the project to proceed.
