Vegetation Management and Routine Maintenance along Utility Lines Right-of-Ways within Thousand Islands National Park of Canada

This project involves vegetation management and routine maintenance along existing easements and right-of-ways for Hydro One, Bell Canada, other utility lines and Thousand Islands Bridge Authority in Thousand Islands National Park. This project is scoped for a 10 year period: 2022-2032. Vegetation management and routine maintenance along utility lines right-of-ways will ensure uninterrupted power, telephone supply and safe transport while maintaining public safety and meeting the agencies resource protection and species at risk responsibilities. This project will be assessed with a long term Basic Impact Assessment.
