Security Enhancements - Royal Military College of Canada

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project to upgrade the security systems at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) in Kingston, Ontario. The objective of this project is to install physical barriers to deter unauthorized vehicle and pedestrian access. The physical work includes installation of continuous fencing to delineate RMC Campus from public spaces. Mitigation measures will be implemented to protect the adjacent water bodies from negative impacts during construction, and a licenced Archaeologist will provide project oversight. The completion of this project will facilitate improved protection of people and assets.
