Alt Hotel

The Ottawa International Airport Authority and Germain Hotels are proposing to construct a hotel on the project site located South of the Parkade exit gates and North of the Airport Parkway Private exit. The hotel has a footprint of approximately 1141 m2 and a gross floor area of approximately 9995 m2 divided in up to 8 storeys and containing a maximum of 180 rooms, a restaurant and meeting space. The hotel will be connected to the 3rd floor of the South pedestrian ramp of the parkade via an aerial passage, and also accessible via a new drop-off vehicle access off of the Airport Parkway Private.
