YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Rehabilitation of a Former Fuel Reception and Distribution Center

Montréal International Fuel Facilities Corporation (MIFFC) plans to rehabilitate the site of its former fuel reception and distribution center located on land near Bélanger Road at YMX International Aérocity of Mirabel. The facilities were decommissioned in 2005 and the above ground infrastructure has since been dismantled. The rehabilitation plan includes soil excavation, water management, dismantling of monitoring wells, backfilling and grading. MIFFC will also implement a post-rehabilitation groundwater monitoring program.

June 5, 2023 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures provided for in the project.
