YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - Preparatory work for the REM station

As part of the REM Station project at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, a portion of the multi-level parking must be demolished on all three levels as well as a portion of the west turret used by passengers to go from the parking lot to the terminal. 

This work also includes the relocation of several civilian underground infrastructures located in the P0 parking lot and in the public access ramp. 

Work to move mechanical, electrical and telecom services will also be done inside the west turret of the multi-level parking lot.

June 10, 2021 - Given that no comments were received, and following the analysis of the environmental assessment carried out by an accredited environmental firm, ADM Aéroports de Montréal has determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse effects on the environment. Measures will be taken during the work for the following elements: air quality, surface water quality, soil quality and noise. The main measures include the development of a noise control program, the implementation of an erosion and sedimentation control plan, the use of a mechanical sweeper, and the watering of work areas.
