Rehabilitation of the two park warden houses in St-Jean-des-Piles

The work consists of a refurbishment of the interior of two former warden's residences, as well as exterior landscaping work.

For interior work: demolish the interior of the building up to the wood studs of the walls and floor bridging. On the first floor: refurbish a new kitchen and bathroom, add a shower room, a dining room and a bedroom. In the basement: add 3 bedrooms and a bathroom including a laundry room, as well as a living room and a mechanical room. The insulation will be redone in the basement and upgraded for the exterior walls on the first floor and in the attic.

For the exterior work: replace the asphalt shingles with metal roofing, tear down the existing porch, shed and woodshed. Foundation waterproofing, including the addition of a French drain with water evacuation in a filtering well. Replace the wastewater treatment system. Add a concrete slab to install a gazebo, repair the concrete entrances and install an accessible entrance. Install a fire pit on a concrete slab as well as a charging station for electric vehicles.
