Rehabilitation of spans 2, 3 and 4 of the Wellington train bridge

As part of the development of the REM in Montreal, InfraMTL Inc. (a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) is responsible for the maintenance of the existing infrastructure acquired as part of this project. The Wellington train bridge is part of this infrastructure. Deficiencies were observed on the bridge structure and Cima+HATCH was mandated to carry out the rehabilitation work on spans 2, 3 and 4 of the Wellington Bridge.
The planned activities include, but are not limited to, the installation of scaffolding suspended from the structure and the installation of a containment system (completely watertight) to proceed with steel repairs, sandblasting, surface cleaning and preparation, and painting of the structure.
