Installation of a reception station for concentrate trucks at hangar # 20 of the Port

This project takes place at hangar #20, at the port of Trois-Rivières. The project aims to set up, in the hangar # 20, a reception station for trucks, which are either dump semi-trailers or rear unloading trailers with belts. The project will change the current trucks unloading process and the handling of the products toward ships (vessels). Reception of the trucks will only take place in the new building, north of the hangar, without resorting to the south hangar door and dock, as it is now. The transloading of the products to the ships can therefore be done from the south gate to the docks. The project thus aims to eliminate several disadvantages in terms of the environment, logistics and security.
