Repair work on the Angrinon Bridge

The City of Montreal is planning repair work on the Angrignon Bridge, which spans the Lachine Canal. The interventions that affect Parks Canada property are mainly the installation of a shelter to protect users of the canal trail and the adjacent pathway, the installation of a storage area for materials and tools as well as the installation of marine signage in the canal. The latter will be installed in conjunction with the relocation of a movable walkway that will allow for work to be carried out under the bridge, while protecting the canal from falling debris. The work is scheduled to take place during the summer and fall of 2022.
