Sanitary Lift Station Upgrades at Royal Military College of Canada

The Sanitary Lift Station at RMCC is in need of replacement to ensure continued function, and to improve the safety of workers that maintain the stations, associated pumps and wells. The proposed project involves removal and replacement of the pump station and wet well, associated underground utility infrastructure, along with upgrades to lift station electrical controls at the RMCC Boathouse building located at 20 General Crerar Crescent. The construction work is planned to begin in autumn 2020.


Latest update

June 9, 2020 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Department of National Defence is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
