Amendment to the permit expiry date for the approved Fraser Mills Foreshore Improvements

The Permit Holder proposes to carry out physical activities related to the completion of the Fraser Mills Foreshore Improvements up until December 31, 2024. This would require an extension to the approved project permit (PER No. 19-074), which has an expiry date of December 31, 2022.

The extension is being requested as a result of leasing delays. The scope of works that will be completed during the extended period remains unchanged, and includes landscape improvements and landscaping, storm water improvements, and changes to the existing wharf.

For more information on the approved project permit, please visit the project page on the port authority website.
