Fibreco Export Incorporated is proposing to undertake stormwater utility works related to the Fibreco Terminal Enhancement Project that were not originally included in the approved scope of works. The proposed amended works are as follows:

  • Excavation of a 20 square metre area to a depth of approximately 2 metres
  • Installation of a 450 millimetre PVC pipe, approximately 20 metres in length
  • Installation of a new stormwater outfall along the southern boundary of the site, to discharge stormwater directly into Burrard Inlet.
  • Installation of rip rap (approximately 1 metre wide by 1 metre depth) with 150 millimetre filter rock and concrete grouting between rip rap and new outlet pipe to tie into existing armouring
