Beaver Lake Cree First Nation Cardinal Drive Subdivision

Beaver Lake Cree Nation intends to build a new subdivision and residential lots to accommodate approximately 8 new houses, and future additional new houses as necessary, approximately 10 - 15 additional units.

The physical activities involved in the construction of the subdivision will primarily consist of earthworks for the general site and individual lot development including clearing and grubbing, topsoil striping and replacement, and site grading, as well as excavation for the installation of underground utilities such as water and sewer mains, and road construction.
