Membertou - New 70-Lot Subdivision

The Proposed Project

The project will include the supply and installation of water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and storm water infrastructure and all related components for the development of 70 residential lots, phased over three years. The project also includes the construction of all roadways, ditching, rear lot swales, cut and fills, line painting, signage, and all other related work. Site preparation activities include excavation and site grading. The total project footprint is approximately 13.5 hectares.

October 14, 2025 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
