Eskasoni Strip Mall - Phase II

The project will include the construction of a 740m2, 4-unit commercial building as well as site access and parking area (1715m2). The total project footprint is approximately 2455m2. Project activities include the construction of the building, site grading, paving and connection into community services (water and wastewater).

Latest update

July 19, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments until August 19, 2024, respecting that determination.
