Reservation Road Subdivision Development

Development of a residential subdivision for approximately 20 single family dwelling units.  The subdivision is to be constructed on 2.75 ha parcel of partially cleared.  The land will require some clearing, grubbing, construction of 300m road using imported pit run gravel, type 1 and type 2 gravels.  The work also includes the installation of sanitary sewer (approx. 470m), manholes, watermain (approx. 300m) and associated water and sewer lot services.

May 4, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada has terminated the assessment for the project as the project is no longer going forward at this time due to challenges with site conditions.
